Excellent Junmai Sake Mojito

Ingredients:

3 oz Excellent Junmai Sake

10 leaves Spearmint

2 tsp sugar

0.5 lime (in pieces)

Soda water

Instructions:

Muddle the lime, sugar and spearmint.
Add Sake and top with soda water.
