8.5oz Strawberries, hulled

2oz simple syrup*

0.5oz yuzu juice*

* Alternative 2.5oz of Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori

Prepare the mixer by blending the strawberries, simple syrup and yuzu (substitute simple syrup and yuzu by Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori, if alternative preferred) together.

Add saké and mixer to a tumbler and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice to serve.
