Ingredients:

2oz Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori

1.5oz Sparkling Wine or Champagne

Ice

Lemon peel for garnish

Instructions:

Add ice and 2oz Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori to a shaker.

Shake well and strain into a glass.

Top with sparkling wine and stir slowly.

Garnish with lemon peel as shown.
