Kyoto Sour

Ingredients:

2 slices Grapefruit

2 dashes Green Tabasco Sauce

3oz Hakutsuru Junmai Ginjo Sake

0.5 oz Lemon juice

0.75 oz Agave nectar

Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions:

In a shaker, muddle the grapefruit and Tabasco.

Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.

Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a fresh mint sprig.
