Lychee Love Potion
Ingredients:
2 oz Hakutsuru Sayuri Nigori or Hakutsuru Junmai sake.
0.5 oz Soho lychee liquor
2.5 oz Pineapple juice
Mint
Ice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker
Shake it like you mean it
Serve it neat in a glass with a sprig of mint for garnish.
