Miracle Plum Sour
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Nigori Umeshu
1 oz açaí juice
4 oz carbonated water
1 lemon slice
1 sprig of mint
Instructions:
Add the Nigori Umeshu sake and açaí juice to a glass and mix well.
Pour in carbonated water and garnish with lemon slice and mint.
