Yuzu Mojito

Ingredients:

1oz White Rum*

1oz Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori

1 Lime (cut in 8)

0.75oz Simple Syrup

6 to 8 Mint leaves

Soda water & Ice

*Suggested Kiyomi White Rum

Instructions:

Add the lime into a glass. Muddle until juices are released.

Add White Rum, Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori and simple syrup.

Rub the mint leaves between your hands until fragrant and add it to the mix.

Top with crushed ice and combine. Top with soda water and mount crushed ice on top.

Garnish with mint sprigs.
